Akimitsu Kamori was admitted to bar in 1982 and 1988 in Japan and
the State of New York, U.S.A., respectively. Mr. Kamori worked, as
an associate, with major New York law firms for seven (7) years and
has been involved in many cross-border transactions principally in
the fields of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, and
securities law.
